Sea Shepherd Benefit Album Now Available

The Ocean Roots album is available for $9.99 at iTunes and $8.99 at Amazon. 33% of proceeds will be donated to the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society. The album features the songs ‘On Our Way’ written by Alejandro Garcia, Mike & Dave Swallow, ‘Making Waves’ featuring Ethan Collister on sitar & ‘Planet Ocean’ written by Vicky Bowes.

Thank you so much to all who attended thursday night, and to all those who couldn’t make it but gave us support.
The evening was a lot of fun, it was great to see so many wonderful people, there was such a fantastic atmosphere.
Thank you especially to everyone who supported us with raffle prizes, drinks, food, music and in particular those who helped out with the event, we couldn’t have done it without you, I have amazing friends and I love you all!

If you didn’t get to make it down to the opening, the artwork will still be displayed at the Beaumont for a month, so still time to get some cool oceanic artwork for your walls and help us to support sea shepherd and the fantastic work that they do.

Even though the event didn’t raise a huge amount for SSCS, we still raised some, and every little helps so i’m just off to the bottle depot to add the return-it funds from the night to the total! Hopefully we will sell some more art over the month to add to this too. And it’s great to have raised some awareness for the cause as well.

THANK YOU!!!! Keep supporting the oceans and they will keep supporting us!

The Ocean Roots album will be released on July 14th. The album will be available at iTunes, Amazon, Zune, Last.fm, Myspace, Spotify in MP3 format. Hard copies of the cd will be available at the Ocean Roots Exhibition on June 24th. 1/3 of proceeds raised through sales will go to the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society.
